MBBS FRACP FRCPA Clinical Haematologist
Dr Terence Frost is a Clinical Haematologist, born in NSW and educated mostly in Brisbane with a year of high school in Sydney. He entered Medical School at University of Queensland and undertook Post-Graduate training as a Clinical Haematologist at Prince of Wales Hospital, Prince Henry Hospital, Sydney Hospital and Kanematsu Institute, and Royal North Shore Hospital (including research at the Kolling Institute, as well as a short period of some weeks only at Oxford University United Kingdom). He finished his Sydney positions as Clinical Superintendent at Royal North Shore Hospital, after which he became Director of Haematology and Oncology at Greenslopes General Hospital, then Staff Specialist and then Visiting Clinical Haematologist at the Mater Public Hospital, Brisbane, as well as relieving Haematologist at Royal Brisbane Hospital. He now works full time in practice and is a partner in HOCA.
His interests include general Haematology, malignant Haematological disorders, stem cell transplantation, transfusion Haematology as well as thrombotic and bleeding disorders.
Currently his practice is at Mater HOCA (in Mater Private Centre) and the new North Brisbane Cancer Care Centre at Chermside.
